Myrta Lee Lavelle, 88, of Onalaska, Texas passed away January 12, 2026, at her home. Myrta was born April 14, 1939, in Livingston, Texas to BF and Wilma Stephens.

She was preceded in death by her parents BF and Wilma Stephens, and her husband Patrick T. Lavelle, and one brother Jimmy Stephens.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters Brenda Tomek & husband Raymond Davis, and Patricia Lavelle & Seth Coleman, her grandchildren; Savanah Savelsberg & husband Tony, and Tory Davis, her great grandchildren Brittney Harrison, Patrick Kaubisch, Luke Savelsberg, Lane Savelsberg, and Charlotte Coleman, along with numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

Serving as Honorary Pallbearers are Patrick Kaubisch, Raymond Davis, Tory Davis, Jason Stephens, Taylor Kaubisch and Seth Coleman.

Family will receive friends Thursday, January 15, 2026, from 5:00pm 8:00pm at Pace Funeral Home, 200 FM 350 N. Livingston, Texas 77351.

A celebration of Myrta's life will be held 4:00pm Friday, January 16, 2026, at Pace Funeral Home, 200 FM 350 N., Livingston, Texas 77351, with Pastor Mike Loftin officiating.

Burial will be 9:00am, Monday, January 19, 2026, at Houston National Cemetery.
