Mary Jo Cromeans Stroud was born January 31, 1935, in Galena Park, Texas, to James Andrew and Lillie Belle (Ross) Cromeans. She passed from this life on September 23, 2023, in Livingston, Texas, at the age of 88.
Mary is survived by her sons, Edward Scott Atkinson & wife Rita, and Ronald Paul Atkinson & wife Debbie; daughter, Angela Severance & husband Shawn; eight grandchildren, seven great- grandchildren, one great- great grandchild; as well as many other family members, loved ones and a host of friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, James, and Lillie Cromeans; son, Carl Richard Stroud, one sister, and ten brothers.
A Visitation for Mary will be held from 5:00p- 8:00p, Friday, September 29, 2023, at Pace Funeral Home, in Livingston, Texas.
A Celebration of Mary's Life will be held at 10:00a, Saturday, September 30, 2023, at Pace Funeral Home, in Livingston, Texas, with Brother Wayne Bickley officiating.
Interment is to follow at Camp Ruby Cemetery, in Livingston, Texas.
