Elouise is survived by her husband of 39 years, Thomas P. Bostwick Sr; children, Charles James & wife Debra, Jullie Buchanan & husband Michael, Brenda Polinard & husband Calvin, Thomas Bostwick Jr, Heather Lee Gould & husband Jessie; grandchildren, Joey James, April James, Michael Buchanan Jr, Michelle Mancil, John Polinard, Maralayna Polinard Smith, Brandy Rupert, Tyler Cole Bostwick, Austin Bostwick, Shay L. Bostwick, Johnny Gould, Hunter Gould, and Tanner Gould; twenty great grandchildren; 4 great- great grandchildren; as well as many other family members and loved ones.
She is preceded in death by her former husband of 30 years, Sheppard J. James Jr; parents, Elbert Hailey, and Cora Richards; children, Sheppard J. James III, and Tammy L. James; siblings, Junior Hailey, J.C. Hailey, and Tommie Ryan.
A visitation for Elouise will be held Tuesday, August 9, 2022, at 9:00am at Pace Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas, with a Celebration of life beginning at 10:00 am with Pastor Richard Gray and Pastor Clark Lott Sr. officiating.
Interment will be at 3:00 pm at Galveston Memorial Cemetery in Hitchcock, Texas.
