Goodrich, TX Sunday, March 13, 2022 I cannot quite get over losing someone whom we have known such a short time, (and enjoyed so very much) when you & Ronnie bought your home who's backyard was also mine but was such a good way to get acquainted and had many laughs over 'my" having to pay to mow your yard, but then you always "threatened " me with fencing it off which I would really would not have wanted..So, it began a wonderful, wonderful relationship. You, like me, would talk to a fence post I do believe. We would meet at the fence to exchange conversations and/or food and joked about our neighbors having something to "talk about"....Dang, we are going to miss you and your "gift for gab" which is also one of my attributes....At our age, we could see you soon, so set a plate for us. I will check on Veronica from time to time and offer any help I can do with my "limited abilities" but I do promise to stop talking long enough to hear her". Gonna miss you "boyfeller"....The Bob WhitesGeorge L Gray Jr
Livingston, TX Friday, March 4, 2022 I'm very saddened by the news of Steve's passing. Steve was the first person, that my wife and I met, when we moved across the street from him and his wife. He was always willing to help in anyway he could and was a very genuine man. What you seen is what you get. I will never forget our conversations on his porch. Rest easy my friend, until we meet again. RIPTerry Tucker
Coldspring, TX Thursday, March 3, 2022 I wish I would have been able to know you longer. One of the few friends that would do anything to help, we always swapped good hunting and life stories, spoke straight with no BS and laughed at each other’s jokes. You will be missed and my condolences to the family…. take care old friend!Terry Tucker
