Phillip was born in Fairfield, Alabama to James Twilley and Betty Morgan, and went to be with his Lord on 08/18/2021 at the age of 71 in Houston, Texas.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy Twilley; daughter, Tonia Knox & husband Chris Knox; 3 grandchildren Cathy, Christi, and Charles Knox; as well as numerus other loved ones who will miss him dearly.
Phillip is preceded in death by his parents James Thomas Twilley and Betty Jack Morgan.
