In Loving Memory of Bill Scott Reeves

"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go." Joshua 1:9

It is with profound sadness that we celebrate the life and memory of Bill Scott Reeves, a devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather, beloved brother, uncle, cousin, and treasured friend.

Scott's greatest joy in life was his family. He loved deeply, gave generously and found happiness in the simple moments spent with those he loved most. His strength, compassion, sense of humor and unwavering devotion touched the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know him. He had a heart that welcomed everyone and never met a stranger.

Scott was preceded in death by his father, Timothy Reeves; his mother, Ann Shipley; and his beloved sisters Dawn Garcia and Shea Martinez. We find peace in knowing they have welcomed him home with open arms.

He leaves behind the love of his life, his devoted wife of 31 years Lori Reeves, whose love and partnership were the foundation of a beautiful life together.
He is also lovingly survived by his daughters, Ashley Dillard and her husband Clint Dillard and their children Zoie Russell, Raygan Dillard, Kyle Dillard and Christopher Dillard; Amber Reeves and her children Brayden Cummings, Jaythan Kelly and Kyndal Smith; and Jennifer Garcia and her husband Luis Garcia and their daughters Makalah Reeves-Nesmith, Veronica Garcia and Isabella Garcia.

In addition to his immediate family Scott leaves behind a brother, sisters, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family members and countless friends whose lives were enriched by his friendship, kindness and generous heart. He never met a stranger and had a remarkable wat of making everyone feel welcomed and valued. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.

Although our hearts are broken by his passing, we take comfort in the beautiful memories he leaves behind and the legacy of love he instilled in his family. His life was a blessing, his love was a gift, and his memory will forever be treasured. The love Scott gave to his family will continue to live on through each generation. His laughter will echo in our memories, his wisdom will guide us and his unconditional love will remain in our hearts forever.

"Those we love never truly leave us. They live on in every cherished memory, every lesson they taught and every heart they touched."

Scott was a dear friend who loved his family with his whole heart. ❤️ His love for them was evident in everything he did, and anyone who knew him could see just how much they meant to him. I rarely saw him without a smile on his face. He will be deeply missed, but the love, memories, and laughter he shared with those around him will never be forgotten. Rest easy, Scott. You were loved by so many. 🕊️
