"Nikki" Pamela Largent Whiting Adored wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away peacefully December 5th, 2025, at the age of 72. Nikki was born January 11th, 1953, in Conroe, Texas to William Peyton Largent and Lois Weeks who preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by her younger sister Rebecca King.

Nikki was a native Texan who planted roots with the love of her life, her husband Lenny Whiting in Polk County for over 40 years. For the majority of their marriage, they enjoyed traveling across America together visiting all the states, even venturing to Canada! She enjoyed all that nature, and its beauty had to offer, fishing, camping, and gardening.

Nikki escorted oversized loads for many years, she met many friends in her life but her best friends were Lisa Summers and Rebecca Morton! Oh, the adventures they shared! Nikki shared a very special bond with her baby sister Jeanette Wallace! Nikki had such a big heart for her family, friends and her animals. She always rooted for an underdog in any situation, always offering her help in any way she could. In her younger years she never misses Willie Nelson concert in Austin. She had an old gypsy soul and the most dazzling smile!

Nikki is a lady that will be very missed! She absolutely loved her husband Lenny and her daughter Deanna and her grandchildren Bridgette Johnson and Ian Williams! She was blessed with her great grandchildren Rick and Robert Williams and her beautiful granddaughter Amelia (Emmy) Johnson.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Tiffany, Jasmine and Cheyenne from Altus Hospice for the love and compassion that they showed Nikki during her time of need.
