Eileen lived a life rooted in faith and family. A woman of deep Christian belief, her unwavering devotion to God was a guiding light throughout her life. Her spiritual strength provided comfort and inspiration to those around her.
One of the most beautiful chapters of Eileen's life was the 37 years she shared with her beloved husband, Larry J. Sanders. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and unwavering devotion. Through every high and low, their bond remained a steady example of commitment and partnership. Their marriage was more than a union-it was a friendship, a shared dream, and a deep, abiding love that stood the test of time.
She is lovingly remembered by her children: son Robert Walters and his wife Denise; daughter Michellyn Walters; son Jacob Walters; son Toby Walters and his wife Cecilia; daughter Shelley Buck and her husband Jim; and daughter Stacie Beall.
Eileen's legacy continues through her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren who brought immense joy to her life.
Eileen found happiness in the simple pleasures of the world around her. She had a deep love for the outdoors and spent countless hours tending to her garden, nurturing both plants and peace. Traveling brought her new experiences and memories that she cherished dearly. Her affection for animals was evident in the way she cared for her beloved fur babies, who were constant companions throughout the years.
Her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her. May her memory bring comfort to those she leaves behind and serve as a reminder of a life lived with grace, love, and faith.
A funeral service will be held on July 28, 2025, at 2:00 pm at Pace Funeral Home 200 FM 350 North Livingston, TX 77351. The viewing will be from 1:00 pm with the service starting at 2:00 pm.
Pallbearers will be: Robert Walters, Logan Walters, Stephen Brewer, Terry Meyers, Steven Steiger and Larry Joslin.

Splendora, TX Monday, July 28, 2025 I had the opportunity to share in a small portion of Eileen’s beautiful life and was blessed by her. We first met at a Bible study group and I immediately felt a connection to her sweet spirit. Later she attended a Bible study at my home. She didn’t attend regularly, but her presence was always welcomed and greatly missed when she wasn’t present. Now she’s fully healed in the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
