Charity was born on August 11, 1974, in Shelby County, Illinois to Dean and Rita Smith.

Charity lived her life for others and was always ready to help anyone. She was so proud of Alissa and Chase and was grateful for the blessing of being their mom. But her love didn't stop there, she loved her stepson Alan, his sons Eli & Jordan and her stepdaughter Ashley and her son Marty. Randy was her number one from the moment they met. She overflowed with gratefulness and love for her family.

Charity went to be with her Lord and Savior; Jesus Christ on May 18, 2025.

She is survived by her: Husband Randy Moore, Son Chase Holdan Moore, Daughter Alissa Fletcher &husband Cody, Stepson Alan Moore, Grandsons Eli & Jordan Moore, Stepdaughter Ashley Moore and son Marty Sister Christy Hobbs & husband Robert of Conroe, brother Danny Smith of Palestine, and a multitude of in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, and beloved friends.

Charity is preceded in death by: Her parents, brother Dusty Smith, Mother in law Betty Jean Moore and Father in law John Cecil Moore Sr, Sister in laws: Sandy Brown, Cynthia Laughlin and brother in law John Moore.

A Celebration of Life for Charity will be held at 12 Noon on Thursday May 22, 2025 at Victory Gospel Church in Coldspring, Texas, located at 3720 FM 222 Coldspring, Texas. Prior to the service, at 11 AM there will be a small brunch in the dining hall at Victory Gospel Church.

A Graveside service will follow at 2:30 PM at Brookside Memorial Park located at 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston Texas.
