Stephen Harold Armstrong was born July 11, 1938, to Mildred Katherine (Owen) and Sidney Harold Armstrong. He passed away from this life on December 18, 2023, in Livingston, Texas, at the age of 85.
He is survived by his daughters, Millie Ann Evans, and Thelma Marie Colvin & husband Jeff; sons, Stevie Armstrong, and Allen Armstrong & partner Rudi Bunch; grandchildren, Anthony Maxwell, Michael Maxwell, Jason Warren, Rachel Schultz, Bradley Warren, and Mark Allen Armstrong; twelve great grandchildren, three great- great grandchildren; as well as many other loved ones and family members.
Stephen is preceded in death by his parents, Sidney Armstrong, and Mildred Wilkerson; wife, Thelma Bernice Armstrong; children, Billie Jean David, and Thomas Armstrong; brothers, Lewis Allen Armstrong, and Jimmy Lee Armstrong; sister, Cheryl Wade; and granddaughter, Shannon Maxwell.

A celebration of Stephen's life will be held at 2:00 in the afternoon, Thursday, December 21, 2023, at Pace Funeral Home, in Livingston, Texas, with Pastor Phil Runge officiating and Military Honors presented by VFW 8568.

A private interment to be held at Restland Memorial Park.
