Samantha is survived by her husband, Scott Rowe; father, Harold Isaacs & wife Judy; children, Hanna & husband Jasper, Chelsea & husband Kase, Meagan, Kyera, Desriee, Hannah, and Cody; mother and father in-law, Harry & Bonnie Rowe; brothers, Bobby Claude Isaacs & wife Carol, Calobe Isaacs & wife Amber, and Jason Stephens & wife Lisa; sister Darla Overstreet & husband Stuart; grandchildren Jaxon, Emmalynn, Ryker, Samantha Nate, John, Allie, Jed, Blake and Jackson; aunt, Gracie Hood, Katie Buska & husband Charles; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other family, friends and loved ones.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Emily Mutula Maggard; brother, John Hoyt Isaacs; grandparents, Hoyt & Ruby Isaacs, F.J. & Mary Mutula, and Rev. C.L. Moore & wife Clara; and aunts and uncles, Doris & Floyd Payne, and Margie & Bruce Williams.
Visitation for Samantha will be held Friday, January 27, 2023, from 6:00pm- 8:00pm, at Pace Funeral Home, in Livingston, Texas.
A Celebration of Life will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, January 28, 2023, at Bethel Baptist Church, in Bold Springs, Texas. Interment will follow at Bold Springs cemetery, with her father Bro. Harold Isaacs officiating.
