Norma is survived by her children, Marvin G. Smith & wife Carol, Ronald R. Smith & wife Renee, Janet L. Corley & husband Milton, Eugenia L. Robinson & husband Chris, and Theda R. Elliott; fifteen grandchildren; thirty-one great-grandchildren; Five great-great grandchildren and many other family members.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Norman George Smith; her parents; brothers, J.R. Owens, Bill Owens, Jerry Owens; sister, Francine Gillett; son-in-law, Don Russell Elliott; grandson Don Russell Elliott Jr; and great- grandson Travis Schreckengost.
A visitation will be held Friday, July 1, 2022, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. A Celebration of Norma's Life will begin at 11:00 am with Pastor Jared Smith officiating at Pace Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.
Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 pm at Memory Garden Cemetery, 8624 Garth Road, Baytown, Texas
