I'm glad I was able to visit and spend time with you before you passed on to the other side. I'm glad you were able to finally meet your great grandson and it seemed to bring you so much joy. I love you and will miss you.

Nona, you were a very special person, full of love and smiles. I will miss our conversations so much. I remember so many fun times our families had together. Days at the lakes, camping, picnics. cutting Christmas trees, holidays, hunting trips. I look forward to seeing you again. Love, Sarita

Grandma, you will surely be missed. You always said we were survivors but you were the strongest survivor of us all. You don't have to struggle in this life anymore and that brings me peace. I imagine you in Heaven just dancing the time away until we are all reunited again. You will always be in our memories and stories we tell to the next generation. Give grandpa a big hug from me and whatever you do, pull his finger when he asks you to :)
