He is survived by his wife, Wanda Westcott; children, Michael Forbes & wife Lena, Sonjia Moore, Debra Delcambra & husband Butch, William Steinhardt & wife Melissa, Christopher Steinhardt Sylestine & wife Taeisha, and Dawn Nettles; 17 grandchildren; numerous other relatives and a host of friends. He was a proud member of the NRA.
Preceded in death by parents, brothers, and sisters.
A Celebration of Ralphs life will be held Thursday at 2pm November 18, 2021, at Pace Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas with Pastor Howard Daniel officiating.
