He is survived by his daughter, Tammy Lanee Moore; brother, David Moore; sister, Carolyn Hand; as well as many other loved ones and a host of friends.
Jackie was a member of the United States Navy, and a correctional officer for T.D.C.J. He was a member of the American Legion and VFW Post 8568 of Livingston, TX. Giving his love, dedication, and time for his country and loved ones. Being an inspiration to those around him.
He is proceeded in death by his parents, J.D. Moore and Billie Watson; brother, James R. Moore.
