She is survived by her husband, Clarence Carter Spears; mom, Shirley Koenig; son, Mikell Green; daughter, Tabitha Green; brother, Russell Koenig & wife Renie; sister, LaNell Koenig Wilson & husband Tracy; grandchildren, John Deere Green, Mikell Alan Green. Jr, Olive Green, Leahann Laird, Cody Laird, Jasmine Laird, Hunter Laird, Skylar Blankenship, Shelby Blankenship; as well as numerous other family members and a host of friends.
Lara is preceded by her father, Robert Harold Koenig; Granny Red.
A Celebration of Lara's Life will begin at 12pm in the Afternoon at Pace Funeral Home on Friday, October 22, 2021, with Pastor Chris Knox officiating.
