Lloy "Lloy" Wood

Willie "Lloy" Dykes Wood was born October 24, 1933, in Converse, Louisiana, to James Talley and Willie (Campbell) Dykes. She passed from this life on October 2, 2022, in Livingston, Texas, at the age of 88.
Lloy is survived by her husband of 52 years Charles W. Wood; daughters, Linda Rae Dill, Paula Virginia Phillips, Theresa Gayle Place and, Kimberly Jo Hazelwood & husband Kevin; grandchildren, Wade Carter & wife Christy, Joel Carter & wife Shelley, and Shannon Cooper & wife Linda; great- grandchildren, Kacey, Kyndall, Allyson, Andrew, and Keaton Carter, and Ethan and Sarah Cooper.
She is preceded in death by her parents, James, and Willie Dykes; sisters, Wynona Rylas, and Margaret Barton; brother, James Paul Dykes; and sons- in- law, Tommie Dill, and Gary Phillips.
A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 5, 2022, from 5:00 pm 8:00 pm at Pace funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.
A Graveside service for Lloy will be held Thursday, October 6, 2022, at 2:00 pm at Peebles Cemetery in Livingston, Texas with Pastor Gregory Gerald officiating.
