Tracy Lynn Whitmore
February 20, 1972 - March 25, 2022

Tracy Lynn Whitmore was born February 20, 1972, in Topeka, Kansas to Richard and Mary (Freeman) Mandel Sr. She passed away on March 25, 2022, at her home in Livingston, Texas at the age of 50.

Tracy was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be missed deeply. She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Vincent Whitmore; children, Kayla Lynn Willingham & significant other Mark Skelton, Tina Renee Whitmore, and Draven Whitmore; brothers, Richard Mandel Jr. & wife Melinda, and Edwin Mandel; sisters, Linda Parsons & husband Cole, and Brenda & husband Mike; three grandchildren, Cloe Atkinson, Derrick Willingham, and Aiden Willingham; brother in law, Wayne Whitmore; sisters in law, Edie Sargent, Diana Whitmore, and Mary Paskey. Tracy is preceded in death by her parents, Richard, and Mary Mandel Sr.

Visitation will be from 5:00pm - 8:00pm, Tuesday, March 29, 2022, at Pace Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.
A Celebration of Tracy's Life will be held at 2:00pm Wednesday, March 30, 2022, at Pace Funeral Home Chapel, in Livingston, Texas with Pastor Allan Bramlett officiating. Interment will follow at Peebles Cemetery, in Livingston, Texas.
